about

THE NEAR DEATH ENSEMBLE is a POST-JAZZ FREE-ROCK CONSPIRACY of SOUND started by guitarist/composer Marc Curcio, also featuring Jorge de Rocha (double bass), Giuliano Gius Cobelli (electric trumpet, perc pad, theremin. keyboard), Francisco ''Pacho'' Frieri (drums set), Owen Kilfeather (tapes and devices) and Gabriel Milan (synths).

Improvised, semi-improvised or "directed" music sessions, in which music develops spontaneously or arises from preconceived ideas.
